Pineapple Sheera

Pineapple Sheera is nothing but Pineapple Halwa, Pineapple Rava Kesari. During weddings or other such celebrations, this sweet dish is seen. Tasty really really great!

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 cup sooji rawa
  2. ½ cup pinaaaple puree\pulp
  3. ¼ cup pineapple small pieces
  4. 1+ ¼ cup sugar
  5. ½ tsp cardaman powder
  6. ½ tsb saffron strands (soaked in milk for 15-20 min
  7. ½ cup butter or ghee
  8. 2 cup hot water
  9. dryfruit (almond cashew pista)

STEPS TO MAKE PINEAPPLE SHEERA

  1. take a pan and add 1/3 cup ghee add cashew ¼ cup roast and keep aside
  2. Add ¼ cup almond and pista in ghee roast and keep aside
  3. Add semolina or sooji 1 cup in pan
  4. Stir at low flame till until the golden brown
  5. Take a another pan and add 1 +1/4  cup sugar or add as required
  6. Add pineapple puree ½ cup
  7. Add pineapple pieces and mix well
  8. Add water 2 cup and mix well till sugar dissolved
  9. Add saffron strands or edible yellow colour
  10. When water is boiled add semolina or sooji and mix well
  11. Add roasted nuts and cardamom powder and mix well
  12. Cover the lid and steam on medium flame for 5-10minuts
  13. Turn of the gas and pineapple sheera is ready for serving.
