  1. 1 cup of fresh cream
  2. ½ cup of condensed milk ( milkmaid)
  3. ½ cup of chilled milk
  4. 2 tbsp chopped dates
  5. 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits
  6. ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  7. 3-4 chopped cherries
  8. 1 tsp tutti frutti
  9. 2 finely chopped betel leaf (paan)
  10. 1 readymade pan masala sachet
  11. 3-4 drop of pan masala essence
  12. 2-3 drop of green food color

  1. In a large bowl take fresh cream and beat it for 2 minutes.
  2. Add condensed milk (milkmaid), chilled milk and beat or whisk for a minute or till stiff peaks appear.
  3. Add chopped dates, chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder, chopped cherries, tutti frutti, and finely chopped betel leaf (paan) and mix it well.
  4. Give a mix making sure everything is combined well.
  5. Add readymade pan masala sachet, paan masala essence and mix well all ingredients.
  6. Add green food colour and combine well until the mixture gets a light green color.
  7. Pour the ice cream mixture into a Matka cup or ice cream mold.
  8. After pouring garnish with some dry fruits.
  9. Cover tightly and freeze it for 7-8 hours or overnight or till it sets completely.
  10. After  8 hours keep the glass in water for 45 seconds.
  11. Paan ice cream is ready to serve it.
  12. Finally, serve a paan kulfi recipe garnished with some chopped nuts.


  • You can add gulkand along with other nuts to make paan kulfi tastier.
  • Adding fresh paan leaves to kulfi makes kulfi more flavour. So adjust the quantity to your choice.
  • Paan Kulfi’s recipe stays good for a month at least when frozen.
