INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 cup warm skimmed milk (low-fat milk)
  2. 1 tbsp of chopped almonds
  3. 1 tbsp chopped cashew
  4. 1 tbsp of chopped dry figs
  5. 1 tbsp of chopped dates
  6. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  7. 2 tsp of powdered sugar
  8. 2-3 ice cubes
  9. 2 tbsp finely chopped banana

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take milk in a cup and add chopped dry figs.
  2. Add chopped dates.
  3. Add chopped cashew nuts.
  4. Add chopped dates.
  5. Add chopped almonds
  6. Add chopped banana.
  7. All ingredients mix well and keep this mixture aside for 30 minutes.
  8. After 30 minutes, transfer the mixture to a blender.
  9. Add cocoa powder.
  10. Add sugar and blend the mixture in a blender to smooth creamy consistency.
  11. Transfer in serving glass and decorate with some dry fruits and cocoa powder.
  12. While serving add ice cubes for child chocolate milk.
  13. Healthy Chocolate milk is ready to serve.

NOTES

  1. You can add fruits as per your choice.
  2. You can use vanilla extract.
  3. If you want healthy and nutritious chocolate milk, you can skip sugar in that recipe.
  4. If you want hot chocolate milk, you can avoid ice cubes in that recipe.
