½ litre full cream milk 4 tbsp custard powder 5 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp vanilla essence 4 tbsp cold milk 2 tbsp fresh cream ¼ cup chopped nuts ( pista almonds and cashew)
½ banana chopped ½ apple chopped ½ cup green grapes chopped ½ cup black or red grapes chopped ½ cup pomegranate seeds HOW TO MAKE CUSTARD MILK ? Take a pan and add milk, boil the milk up to 10-15 minutes on medium flame In a cup take cold milk and add custard powder, mix it well so lumps should not be formed in milk Add custard milk in boiled milk and stir well, boil that milk for 10 minutes on medium flame Add sugar and chopped nuts in milk and mix it well (adjust the sugar according to your choice) Add vanilla essence in custard milk Transfer the custard milk in a bowl and cool it completely HOW TO MAKE FRUIT CUSTARD? After the prepared custard milk has completely cooled down add chopped fruits of your choice. Add chopped Banana, chopped apple, green grapes chopped, black or red grapes chopped, pomegranate seeds. Add vanilla essence and mix it gently. Cover that mixture and completely cooled it for 2-3hrs. You can see after chilling the fruit custard will be more thick and creamy.
